Our nursing and aged care services play an integral role in the health and overall wellbeing of our customers and the wider community.

We are seeking a number of experienced Registerd Nurses in either a full time or part time capacity, who are passionate about customer care and excited by the opportunity to make a difference in remote and rural communities.

Enjoy a varied and diverse role working across both acute and aged care settings, as part of a welcoming team.

Continue to develop your knowledge and skills through our Staff Support Program which encourages and supports your ongoing education and career endeavours.  

Applicants should have the following skills and experience:

  • Registered Nurse currently registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with all major stakeholders both internal and external
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership with a clear understanding of the managerial responsibilities of an ANUM
  • Demonstrated ability to use information communications technology
  • Ability to identify opportunities for quality improvement, redesign and implement solutions
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of organisational change management principles and the ability to support staff through the change management process
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions in a variety of complex situations

Our Primary and Preventative Health services play an integral role in the overall health and wellbeing of our community.

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist in a full time capacity, who is passionate about customer care, eager to learn and excited by the opportunity to make a difference in remote and rural communities.

Enjoy a varied and diverse role working as part of a welcoming team.  

Applicants should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy. 
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to efficiently and effectively plan, implement, manage and evaluate a range of Occupational Therapy services. 
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of the Occupational Therapy Department and Multidisciplinary health team. Must be effective in a team and be able to demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and flexibility. 
  • Possess highly developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills including the ability to negotiate effectively with peers and other professionals and speak to community groups as required. 
  • Commitment to principles of Quality Assurance, Equal Employment Opportunity and Occupational Health & Safety. 
  • Current Driver’s Licence.
