We are seeking Disability Support Workers who is eager to provide great customer service, is adaptable and passionate about disability services.

Our primary and preventative services play an integral role in the health and overall wellbeing of our community.

We are seeking an experienced Maternal and Child Health Nurse, in a casual capacity, who is passionate about family-focused primary health care, and excited by the opportunity to make a difference in remote and rural communities to assist and improve the health and well-being of children aged 0 to 6 years.

Enjoy a varied and diverse role working as part of a welcoming team.

Applicants should have the following skills and qualifications:  

  • Qualification as Registered Nurse in Victoria, with additional endorsements in Midwifery and Maternal and Child Health. 
  • Current annual registration practising certificate from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). 
  • Current Victorian Drivers licence. 
  • Current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check. 
  • Ability to work autonomously and within multidisciplinary teams. 
  • Experience and understanding of rural and regional issues impacting on individual and family wellbeing. 
  • Highly desirable to hold accreditation as Nurse Immuniser.

We are seeking experienced Social Workers and Welfare Workers, in a full time or part time capacity, who are passionate about customer care and excited by the opportunity to make a difference in remote and rural communities to assist and improve well-being through casework, counselling, advocacy and community engagement.

Enjoy a varied and diverse role working as part of a welcoming team.

Applicants should have the following skills and qualifications:  

  • Tertiary qualifications in Social or Welfare Work and eligibility for Membership of relevant professional body.  
  • Previous experience in a hospital/health care setting.  
  • Demonstrated experience in intake, assessment and case management.  
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Social/Welfare Work role in community health and outreach services, acute care, rehabilitation and aged care.   
  • Proficient clinical skills in psychosocial assessment including risk assessment, complex care planning, discharge planning, social work interventions and communication.  
  • Demonstrated understanding of theoretical frameworks that inform counselling practice. 
  • A strong understanding of and experience working within the social model of health framework.  
  • Ability to work autonomously and within multidisciplinary teams.  
  • Experience and understanding of rural and regional issues impacting on individual and family wellbeing.  
  • A current Victorian Driver’s Licence.
