Our team of highly skilled and versatile professionals bring a combination of practicality and experience, as well as a willingness to travel extensive distances, to provide care in hospitals, residential aged care facilities, private homes and community settings throughout our catchment area.

The team includes health professionals specialising in diabetes education, dietetics, health promotion, massage therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, podiatry, social work and speech pathology. They reach out to all age groups with activities, programs and education to promote awareness of chronic disease, mental health and lifestyle-generated health conditions and develop strategies to combat the prevalance of these conditions.
