West Wimmera Health Service offers a range of procedures carried out by highly experienced surgeons who visit the Service on a regular basis. Surgery takes place in the Nhill Hospital which has a state-of-the-art operating suite.

Patients requiring surgery are referred through their GP. The visiting surgeons operate on lists of both public and private patients. Waiting lists for public patients in West Wimmera are often shorter than in other Victorian public hospitals. Surgery available includes:
