The Archie Gray Nursing Home is an 11-bed (high care) facility adjoining Kaniva Hospital. All rooms are single with en suite bathrooms.

The Kaniva Hostel is located in the Kaniva Cottages complex in Arthur Vivian Close.

Each (low care) self-contained two-bedroom cottage has a front and rear garden area, and an enclosed garage.
