NDIS
WWHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Services is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to individuals in our community living with physical, intellectual, or mental health disabilities.
Our primary goal is to empower each participant to achieve positive outcomes tailored to their needs. We accomplish this by fostering personal development, promoting active participation in community activities, and offering supported employment opportunities.
Our programs and activities are designed to align with the specific interests and aspirations of each individual client. This personalised approach enables us to effectively assist them in realising their personal goals, whether it be through skill development, social engagement, or vocational training.
It's important to note that our NDIS services are funded through your NDIS plan. If you currently do not have an NDIS plan, we are readily available to provide guidance on the application process and determine your eligibility for NDIS support.
We are committed to ensuring that every individual in need receives the necessary assistance and opportunities for a fulfilling life.
