Disability and NDIS Services
WWHS Disability and NDIS Services support people with a physical, intellectual or mental health disability.
We work towards achieving individual positive outcomes for all participants, encouraging their personal development, promoting participation in community activities and by providing supported employment opportunities.
Programs and activities are designed specifically around the interests and wishes of each individual client, so as to enable the achievement of their personal goals.
Whilst some of our disability programs receive Government funding, NDIS services are funded through your NDIS plan. If you do not have an NDIS plan we can assist you with seeing if you are eligible and provide advice about the application process.
