Aged Care

Aged Care is a central aspect of the services we provide to the communities in our region. West Wimmera Health Service provides older people with high-quality residential aged care - both in hostel (low care) and nursing home (high care) accommodation in spacious, modern surroundings with an emphasis on patient comfort and quality of life.

For older people and people with a disability who continue to live in their own homes and their own communities we provide a comprehensive program of support. This ranges from District Nursing visits to assistance with gardening, chores around the house, shopping and transport to and from appointments.
