Our District Nursing Service provides valuable support to people in their homes, particularly in outlying areas. Our nurses travel extensive distances each year throughout our entire catchment area, providing quality professional care and assistance.
We help people maintain or achieve their maximum health potential, retain their independence and dignity, and provide relevant information on health care needs. This includes planning, implementing and evaluating individual programs of care that we provide.
